Being in Awareness with Ian Marshall and Kerry-Ann May Rose
Embodied relating workshop
Join Kerry-Ann and Ian in this gentle exploration of connection from the heart.
We will step into Embodied movement practices to connect with our felt sense as Kerry-Ann leads us to a place where we can touch on what is really moving within us.
The invitation will then be to try some connection exercises to express and receive from this space of being with other participants. (All exercises are optional and there will be no touch suggested as part of this process)
Finally we will integrate this learning through contemplation and sharing.
Ian will guide a meditation to drop within and see what has moved and if it feels alive then there will be space to bring this to the group as we close the circle.

Biography
Kerryann May Rose is a qualified facilitator of Yoga and Tantra for Women (Yoni Shakti) of 8 years, and has completed further training in Somatics for Women in more recent years.
Kerryann has also attended many workshops, immersions and retreats in deep relational work in the last few years.
Ian Marshall had a long journey with Buddhism, yoga and non-dualist meditation that helped him connect deeply with a sense of being in presence with himself and in compassionate connection with others.
There were tools that he didn't get from this spiritual path, however, and working with Jan Day and the School of Being really helped him to work relationally with others. He completed the 18 month Living Tantra training in 2019 and has assisted on numerous workshops since, including men's weekends with Ed Rooke focusing on the Jungian archetypes, the King, Lover, Magician and Warrior.
He's also trained in Integral Relationships with Martin Ucik and he is passionate about using different tools and methodologies can help us to communicate better and from the heart.
The range of topics covered included parts work, attachment theory, the drama triangle, circle sharings, touch and boundary setting exercises as well as creative visualisation, embodied meditation and movement practices and much more.
He will be bringing some of this experience in a very gentle way to this session as well as the deep stillness in meditation.
