Sustaining Wellbeing
In this enjoyable interactive session, we’ll dive into three key elements that I believe are essential for maintaining wellbeing:
Finding a clear sense of purpose and creating strategies to support your mental health.
Developing a routine that helps you stay physically active and healthy.
Continuously nourishing both your mind and body.
How you balance these three areas will depend on your own unique circumstances—things like age, lifestyle, work commitments and more. In this session, we’ll explore how to find the right balance for you.
It’s important to remember that these three elements work together, not separately. The focus will shift over time depending on where you are in your life and what you need at any given moment.
Drawing from my years of experience as a coach and facilitator and working with many successful professionals, who despite excelling in their careers often found it challenging to maintain balance and wellbeing in their personal lives. This session is about helping you find practical ways to nurture your wellbeing, no matter where you’re at in your journey.
Things to bring/materials required: just bring yourself and maybe some way to write a few notes.
Clare lives in Frome and has spent many years working with both public and private organisations. A mum to two grown-up boys, she now works part-time as a coach. Clare is especially passionate about helping women who are juggling a lot or figuring out what’s next after their careers and/or raising children.
