Creative Journaling Workshop with Amy Shiner and Caitlin Buckler
Monday 13th January 1-3pm
Creative Journaling is a powerful tool for self-discovery and inner healing, giving us permission to be our authentic selves. It allows us to express our thoughts and feelings, which in turn provides a daily self-care routine. For those that find it hard to put things into words, it can provide ways of expressing those words in different ways. By connecting to ourselves regularly, we are more able to understand what is going on for us on a day to day basis and can perhaps see things from a different perspective.
This workshop is perfect for beginners and experienced journalers alike. We are all artists, but for some, creativity may have been buried deep inside us. Whatever it is that you feel is stifling your creativity you have the power to reach it again, it is there inside you, just waiting for permission to be seen again. Creative Journaling can help you reach it, using a wide range of materials such as collage, paint, inks, photos, textiles, stitching, writing and drawing. Whatever inspires you.
Join Amy and Caitlin for some wonderful creative downtime whilst they share their passion of Creative Journaling and how it has helped them with their own wellbeing. This workshop is an opportunity to dive into the world of journaling and discover the benefits it can bring to your life and explore how it can help you process emotions and spark creativity.
