Weaving Voices of the Heart with Oyu and Ruhiya 

You are invited to join Oyu and Ruhiya for a heart-opening, ethereal vocal sound journey as part of our Wildheart Wellbeing Collective.

Through the weaving of improvised vocals and other-worldly sound healing instruments including the monochord, Tanpura, Celtic harp and singing bowls, Oyu and Ruhiya will guide you into a liminal space of trance and deep meditation, through breath techniques, visualisation, and sound. At the end of the session, you will be invited to chant and sing as a group.

Things to Bring/materials required: 
Please bring a yoga mat, cushion, and blanket if you would like to lie down during the sound journey. We advise wearing warm, comfortable clothing.
