What to bring:

Please bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket to keep warm during some of the practices if you wish, and whatever else you might need to meet your needs to feel comfortable and warm.

Biography

Nereida is a Holistic Ayurvedic Massage Therapist working with Women, Men, Families and Children in different ways...

From Sacred Birth Doula to sharing the wonders of the Forest School, Ancestral Sacred Crafts and Transformative Retreats.

She's been holding Seasonal Celebrations and Life Honouring Ceremonies for the past 15 years, working with the elements, Cacao, Rose and other gentle Plant Allies.

Her background is in Waldorf Education and brings a wealth of experience in holding space that feels safe, nurturing and transformative for people of all ages and backgrounds.

This workshop is inspired by her deep dive in the past 4 years through her Vision Quest journeys, working with Elders from the Itchatzitlan's Fire, the Rose and the Dreamer within.
