Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is a meditation practise that guides you into a deeply relaxed state of consciousness halfway between sleep and wakefulness.
This deep relaxation allows the nervous system to reset, reducing stress, anxiety, tension, and promoting deep relaxation by creating balance and calm within mind, body and soul.
Thing to bring/materials required: Wear comfy clothes, bring blanket & pillow

Biography
Jen has been teaching Yoga, Pilates, fitness since 2014, she is particularly passionate about promoting the benefits of exercise and meditation for mental health and loves supporting others to become happier versions of themselves. Jen found an affinity for helping others to relax through guided meditation, she completied her training in 2020 and has been leading yoga/meditation retreats and yoga nidra sessions ever since.
