Each day, take a moment to reset and recharge with our free meditation and breathwork sessions. Open to everyone, these gentle, grounding practices are designed to soothe your nervous system and bring balance to your day.
No need to book but if you do it will give us an idea of numbers in advance
Things to Bring/materials required:
Just bring yourself. Chairs will be available. Bring a yoga mat, cushion or bolster if you prefer meditating on the ground.
